This morning I met up with some of my workout gal pals at Crystal Cove State Beach for a morning workout on the sand and a delicious breakfast at Beachcomber afterwards! If you are not familiar with this hidden gem, then it is time to put your adventure hat on and go discover it! We ate, drank and were merry! It was such a nice morning to sit outside, enjoy the ocean and relax after a seriously grueling workout (Ashley looks so sweet and innocent, but she works us good!).
